This grasshopper was only about an 1/8 of an in long!! So small and there was hundreds of them
Built in 1893 by a minor names Charlie Taylor. The wheel was used to power a mill at his gold mine. Donated to the city of Idaho Springs in 1946.
Sassy was 19..8 when she passed. She loved her haircut in the summer and fits the roll perfect.
Old shed built in the late 1800s and we still use it.

This cat washed up 6 years ago in a flood we had. I looked for owners to no avail and I am so thankful no one came forward because she instantly became a part of our family.

Foxy would hide behind the treestump when I told her I was letting the dog out! Hahaha
Foxy would peek around the treestump until my dog saw Her and barked and she go back behind the treestump. My brilliant dog would go hind behind the big lilac and wait for foxy to peek around again.

The whole sky was this color! Absolutely beautiful the way the ground and tree took on its color.
She stood for a while waving her arms. I gave her a bowl of raspberries and apples and she made about six trips up the tree feeding babies.
Beautiful! In full velvet even!

We got 5'.3" of snow in 2003. She loved it!! Me, not so much I am 5'4" so blazing a trail for her to go in was not too bad hahaha

My grandson when he was I believe 4 maybe 5. He had hugs every day.
I asked this lil guy if I could take his picture and I swear he stood up like this!!! Cutest thing I have seen in years. I totally fell in love with his or her little expression.
Again I am messing around creating photos.
Hanging out in my yard where he knows he's safe.
They live in Genesee and every year I think they auction the year olds to bring in new one's. This keeps the herd healthy and free from inbreeding.

This lion was rescued from a really bad place. When I walked up and looked at he just stared dead on into my eyes like he was looking into my heart for answers. I cried and talked to him for a few and he rolled over I could feel him relax. It truly was one of the spiritual moments of my life.

Kaydin awoke from his nap and crawled right up and laid on grandpas tummy. Grandpa tummies make the best pillows????
Our first vacation together in 15 years. We celebrated our birthdays in Vegas????
My grandson Kaydin. He is such a happy after a terrible beginning to his little life we almost did not this photo. At 3 weeks old he was diagnosed with RSV. A particular bad case too. He spent the next 19 days on a ventilator and 2 more in the nicu to be watched. He's a little sweetheart.
After 21 days in the NICU fighting RSV .and living off a ventilator this sweet boy got to come and momma has her baby back.
Stumbled across this little guy weeding. Not sure what kind he is but he jumps!
He came up to my back door and ran all around until I opened the door.
